About these terms

These terms govern use of this website. They are not Riverside’s commercial Terms of Trade and do not replace the terms applying to a quotation, order, packing arrangement or other supply relationship.

These website terms apply to the website operated by Riverside Fertiliser Products Limited (NZBN 9429050890170). In these terms, “Riverside”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Riverside Fertiliser Products Limited.

General information

This website provides a general introduction to Riverside and describes selected products, services and production capabilities. These include contract packing, repacking and down-packing, product labelling, liquid filling and bottling, white-label packaging and distribution, and selected fertiliser and horticultural products.

We take reasonable care to maintain useful and accurate website information. However, specifications, packaging options, availability, capabilities and lead times can change. Website content is general information only and is not itself a quotation, offer, guarantee or contractual commitment.

Enquiries, quotations and orders

Submitting an enquiry through this website does not itself create a contract. Before confirming work, Riverside may need to discuss or verify matters including:

• the product or material involved, quantities and production volumes;
• packaging type, pack sizes and customer-supplied materials;
• ingredients, packaging, labels and labelling requirements;
• production, delivery and distribution requirements;
• health and safety requirements;
• pricing, payment terms and other specifications.

Production suitability, scope, timing, pricing and commercial terms are confirmed directly with the customer. A contract arises only through an applicable quotation, purchase order accepted by Riverside, supply agreement or other commercial arrangement agreed by the parties. A purchase order submitted to Riverside does not automatically bind Riverside without acceptance.

Changes and errors

Riverside may update website content without prior notice. Although we take reasonable care, errors and omissions can occur.

If website information conflicts with a more current or specific quotation, order confirmation, product label, Safety Data Sheet, written specification or agreement, rely on the more current or specific document.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, photography, graphics, illustrations, layouts and designs, product information, logos, branding and other original material on this website are owned by or licensed to Riverside.
